World Cup and Open International Aeromodelling contest
in F1A, F1B, F1C, F1J, F1P free flight categories

We invite all competitors who have valid FAI Sport Licence for the year 2003 (it must be shown up at the registration).

This area is about 70 km from Budapest in southern direction.

For additional categories the entry fee is 20 EURO / category.

The entry should contain (in accordance with the Sporting Code paragraph B.6.1) the following data: Name - First name - Date of birth - Postal address - Nationality - FAI license number - Class(es) entered.

Start number will be shown on the web site only for those who has paid the entry fee.

Those competitors’ name not appearing on our web site a day after the entry deadline may indicate that the entry has not reached the organizer. Therefore, please, send your entry in due time.

Please arrange the money transfer until the entry deadline and sign this fact in the entry application. The bank charge shall be added to the entry fee.

Exceptionally it is possible to pay at the registration. In this case besides the EUR we accept only HUF (Hungarian Forint). Please, arrange the necessary exchange at a bank or at an official exchange office. The local bank (opposite to the place of registration) is open to 1 pm. There is also an ATM machine besides the bank entry where you can use the internationally used credit cards to get cash in HUF.

Board and lodging:

is to be arranged on your own. The list of accommodation possibilities (address/tel./fax/price) can be found on the web side.

Programme:

Arrival and registration from 17 to 20.
Place of registration is the Community Centre at Kunszentmiklós ("AMK")
The address is: Kunszentmiklós, Damjanich str. 7. (At the middle of the town.)

Registration on the field is a matter of the organizer's discretion even if a formal entry was sent with no entry fee. If accepted the fee is 50% higher (45 EUR).

Registration of competitors having no entry application is a matter of the organizer's discretion. If accepted the fee is 100% higher (60 EUR).

Schedule of flights on both contest days:
10 - 10.55 1. round, 180" max.
11 - 11.55 2. round, 180" max.
12 - 12.55 3. round, 180" max.
13 - 13.55 4. round, 180" max.
14 - 15 lunch break
15 - 15.55 5. round, 180" max.
16 - 16.55 6. round, 180" max.
17 - 17.55 7. round, 240" max for F1A, and 300" for F1B, F1C, F1J, F1P
18.30 - Fly-off rounds

There will be a common classification and awarding for the three power classes (F1C, F1J, F1P). The World Cup classification will only contain F1C entries.
Otherwise everything will run according to the current FAI Sporting Code.

On both contest days the prize giving ceremony will be organised on the flying field after the contest.

Awards: The first three in the individual classification will be awarded.

Departure.

The final results will be published on the web site at Monday evening. If anybody would like to get printed results after the contest, please register this request at the registration.

Important local rule:

The contest area belongs to a National Park therefore all of us have to pay special attention for our environment. Major problems may lead to the complete loss of the permission to use this area.

It is strictly prohibited to use any motorized vehicle (motorbike, car) on the field. You can use them only on roads. Parking is allowed only within the signed area. We have permission to use the contest area only on May 30, 31 and June 1.

Extra service:

For discovering the contest area before the contest or searching for lost models during or after the contest (from May 30 to June 2) a two seated UL (ultra light) aircraft can be used for 10 EUR per flight (15 minutes).
